_15 minutes: Belarus!



"15 minutes: Belarus!" - it May be the way for the film time counting :in 15 minutes Belarus, 15 minutes from life or dreams, fifteen-minute grace period for the latecomers… In other words: from 5 to 15 minutes of the film freedom, respite from the auto censorship, observing, and using your own imagination, humour, grotesque or absurd. Moments caught in the frame, life stories of people and events registered on tape, will sketch the Belarusian ‘tableaux’ in few short films. Belarus seen by the documentary and film makers, the diversity of topics and realizations will give a new picture of the country in 2011 and 2012.
